Holy Redeemer Foundation

The Holy Redeemer Foundation was formed in 1979 to create a fund that would produce earnings to be used to offset future operating costs of Holy Redeemer Parish.  Only the earnings on donor contributions can be used by the parish.

The principal remains in the fund, and on an annual basis the earnings are presented to the Parish Finance Council to use in the current budget year.  In addition to cash, the foundation can receive real estate, securities, leases, mortgages, and most any instrument of value.  The contribution amount to the parish budget from the Foundation has increased every year it has been in existence.  In the last 10 years, distributions to the school and parish have totaled 1.6 million dollars with last year’s contribution exceeding $217,517.  Currently assets within the Foundation exceed 4.5 million dollars.  The Board of Directors is very appreciative of the support that the foundation has received from parishioners as well as contributors outside of Holy Redeemer Parish.​
