Prayer: “An Act of Spiritual Communion” (said when someone is not able to physically receive Holy Communion.)
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

Apart from the Mass, the Holy Rosary is one of the most powerful and efficacious forms of prayer that we have. It is a time-tested and saint-proven way of entering deeply and intimately into the mysteries of Christ’s life, and to unite ourselves to the most powerful prayers of the Blessed Mother.
"The Rosary is the book of the blind, where souls see and there enact the greatest drama of love the world has ever known; it is the book of the simple, which initiates them into mysteries and knowledge more satisfying than the education of other men; it is the book of the aged, whose eyes close upon the shadow of this world, and open on the substance of the next. The power of the rosary is beyond description."
- Archbishop Fulton Sheen
