Grade 12: Adulting 101
Catholic Campus Ministries (CCM) hosts a High School Program (Catholic Adulting 101) to prepare graduating students to live out their faith after high school, whether at college, in the work force, or in the military. The program is open to all confirmed high school students in the area. Students will have the opportunity to learn and discuss practical tips for being Catholic in community, prayer, academics, and formation, in addition to learning how to live out their faith day-to-day.
When in session, this program provides an opportunity for adoration and reconciliation each week from 6-6:45 p.m. for those who are interested, with the program beginning at 7 p.m. Students are invited to participate in this campus-based program!
Fast Facts for parents:
- The high school program will be held in-person, social distancing practiced, with masks. If COVID-19 restrictions move other programming online in the local K-12 schools and Faith Formation programs, a ZOOM option will become available for our high school program.
- We will be hosting guest speakers over ZOOM throughout the year to engage in discussion and share their experiences. Please be aware that all participants will need to have completed the Diocese of New Ulm’s Disclosure , Authorization, and Consent for Social Media or Other Electronic Communication Involving Minors waiver signed and returned to Catholic Campus Ministries (see blue button below) at the Holy Redeemer Parish Office. None of these ZOOM meetings will be recorded.
- The COVID-19 Waivers must also be completed and returned to CCM at Holy Redeemer (see blue button below).
- In the past, we have included a meal. However, with COVID-19 restrictions, we are not including a meal this year. Individually wrapped snacks will be provided for participants to enjoy during the program!
